LEADING UP TO YOUR EVENT
-
We’ll need your event date, service time, venue address, estimated guest count, selected services, and the contact information of someone who will be available on the day of the event.
Please also tell us about parking instructions, stairs, security check-in, loading restrictions, venue insurance requirements, or anything else that could affect our arrival and setup.
-
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your event time, location, guest count, or selected services.
Changes are subject to availability and may affect your final price. Reducing your service time, guest count, or selected services does not automatically reduce the agreed booking fee.
-
We need a safe, clean, and accessible working area with adequate lighting. Any tables, chairs, electrical access, or specific space requirements will be included in your booking details.
The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary venue permissions and communicating setup restrictions before the event.
-
Yes. We can work outdoors as long as the service area is protected from direct sunlight, rain, wind, excessive heat, and other unsafe weather conditions.
Clients may provide their own suitable shaded or covered area, or Rebel Pony Studio can provide a canopy for an additional rental fee. The canopy rental is limited to the duration of our booked services and will be taken down once our service time has ended.
We strongly recommend having an indoor or covered backup location in case the weather becomes unsuitable.
-
We may pause, relocate, modify, or discontinue services if weather conditions could put guests, artists, products, or equipment at risk.
Weather-related cancellations and rescheduling are handled according to our Terms and Conditions.
-
Travel fees may apply to events outside our standard service area.
Clients are also responsible for parking, valet, tolls, permits, and venue-access fees unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
-
Yes. Please notify us before the event if you are aware of any significant cosmetic, adhesive, or latex restrictions.
Individual guests should also tell their artist about any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before receiving a service.
-
Yes. Please let us know before the event if your venue or guests have photography restrictions.
We may otherwise photograph our setup, equipment, signage, and completed artwork for portfolio and marketing purposes. We will not intentionally use identifiable images of minors publicly without appropriate permission.
AT THE EVENT
-
The number of guests we can serve depends on the selected service, design complexity, number of artists, and length of the event.
We’ll recommend the appropriate service time and team size based on your estimated attendance. Guest-per-hour estimates are approximate, and we cannot guarantee that every attendee will receive a service if attendance exceeds the agreed capacity.
-
We use professional-quality products intended for face, body, or artistic use and follow careful hygiene practices throughout every event.
Artists may decline to apply products over irritated skin, open wounds, rashes, sunburn, eye infections, or any area they consider unsafe.
-
Our products are selected with quality and comfort in mind, but no cosmetic product can be guaranteed to be free from every possible allergen or sensitivity.
Guests with known sensitivities may request a small patch test or choose not to participate. A patch test cannot guarantee that a reaction will not occur.
-
A responsible adult must remain present throughout the event. Our artists provide entertainment but do not provide childcare or general guest supervision.
Parents and guardians are responsible for deciding whether a child may participate and for supervising minors during the event.
-
Participation is always optional. We will never pressure a guest to receive a service.
Our artists may also decline service when someone appears ill, has irritated skin, cannot remain still enough for safe application, or behaves in a way that creates an unsafe environment.
-
Most traditional twisting balloons contain natural rubber latex. Please notify us before booking if your venue or guests have latex restrictions.
Uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces may present a choking hazard. Children should be supervised, and broken balloon pieces should be discarded immediately.
-
Our artists may close the line before the scheduled end time to ensure that guests already waiting can be completed by the contracted finish time.
We appreciate the client or event coordinator’s help communicating the line closure to guests.
-
We’ll work efficiently to serve as many guests as possible during the reserved service time. Designs may be simplified when appropriate to help accommodate a larger crowd.
Additional service time may be available at the artist’s discretion and will require an additional fee.
Availability cannot be guaranteed on the day of the event.
