Terms & Conditions

By booking with Rebel Pony Studio, you agree to the following terms.
Booking
Your event is not reserved until we confirm availability, receive the required retainer, and approve your booking details.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability.
Payment
A 50% nonrefundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the event, unless otherwise stated in your invoice.
Bookings made within seven days of an event must be paid in full at the time of confirmation.
Additional fees may apply for travel, parking, custom artwork, branded materials, extra artists, extended service time, or special venue requirements.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations made 30 or more days before the event: payments above the retainer will be refunded.
Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event: 50% of the total booking fee remains due.
Cancellations made fewer than 15 days before the event: the full booking fee remains due.
Custom products, branded materials, travel expenses, permits, and other nonrecoverable costs are nonrefundable.
Rescheduling
Requests to reschedule must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
A booking may be transferred once to a new date occurring within 12 months of the original event. Pricing may be adjusted to reflect the new date, location, or service requirements.
Event Changes
Changes to the event time, location, guest count, or requested services must be approved in advance.
Reducing the event duration, guest count, or services after booking does not automatically reduce the agreed price.
Service Time
Artists will provide services during the time listed in your booking confirmation.
Late venue access, parking delays, missing setup requirements, or other delays outside our control will not extend the scheduled end time.
Additional time may be available at the artist’s discretion and will be billed separately.
Guest Capacity
Guest-per-hour estimates are approximate and may vary depending on design complexity, guest cooperation, event flow, and working conditions.
We cannot guarantee that every guest will receive a service. Artists may close the line before the scheduled end time to finish guests already waiting.
Setup Requirements
The client is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and accessible working area.
For outdoor events, the setup must include adequate shade and protection from heat, wind, rain, direct sunlight, and other unsafe conditions. Rebel Pony Studio may pause, relocate, modify, or end services if conditions are unsafe for guests, artists, products, or equipment.
The client is responsible for parking fees, venue access fees, permits, and any required venue approvals unless otherwise stated.
Health and Safety
We use professional products intended for face, body, or artistic use. However, no cosmetic product can be guaranteed to be free from all potential allergens or sensitivities.
Guests should disclose known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical concerns before receiving a service.
Artists may decline to apply products to irritated skin, open wounds, rashes, sunburn, eye infections, or any area they consider unsafe.
Artists may also refuse service to anyone who cannot remain still, behaves aggressively, appears ill, or creates an unsafe working environment.
Children and Supervision
A responsible adult must remain present throughout the event.
Rebel Pony Studio artists do not provide childcare or general guest supervision. Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether a child may participate and for supervising minors during the event.
Balloon Safety
Balloons may contain latex. Please notify us in advance of any latex restrictions.
Uninflated balloons and broken balloon pieces may present a choking hazard. Children must be supervised, and broken balloons should be discarded immediately.
Conduct
We reserve the right to refuse or stop service in response to harassment, abusive behavior, discrimination, intoxication, unsafe crowding, damaged equipment, or other unsafe conditions.
No refund will be issued when services are shortened or ended due to unsafe or inappropriate conduct by guests, clients, or venue staff.
Artists and Substitutions
Rebel Pony Studio may assign employees, contractors, assistants, or substitute artists to provide services.
Unless a specific artist is confirmed in writing, booking Rebel Pony Studio does not guarantee a particular individual.
Custom Artwork and Branding
The client confirms that they have permission to use any logos, artwork, trademarks, names, or other materials supplied to Rebel Pony Studio.
Custom artwork and branded materials remain the property of Rebel Pony Studio unless ownership or usage rights are transferred in writing.
Photography
Rebel Pony Studio may photograph its setup, equipment, signage, and completed artwork for portfolio and marketing purposes.
We will not intentionally use identifiable photographs of minors for public marketing without appropriate permission.
Please notify us before the event if photography is restricted.
Cancellations by Rebel Pony Studio
If we are unable to provide the booked services because of illness, emergency, or another circumstance within our control, we may provide a qualified replacement artist, offer a new date, or refund payments for services not provided.
We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, natural disasters, venue closures, government restrictions, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Liability
Rebel Pony Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, venue issues, guest conduct, undisclosed allergies, or damage caused by circumstances outside our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the affected services.
Agreement
By signing a proposal, paying a retainer, or confirming a booking electronically, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
